Visual management software that stays locked inside office computers changes nothing on the shop floor. For performance management to really come alive, it has to be physically present where value is created: a touchscreen kiosk at the line to report a deviation without leaving the workstation, a shop-floor display that broadcasts indicators and alerts continuously, a large touchscreen in the meeting area to run the SQCDP standing up, as a team.

At the machine
Operators check their instructions, report deviations and raise alerts with a single tap on touchscreen kiosks — usable with gloves, readable in shop-floor lighting. Information no longer depends on a trip to the office.

Who installs the kiosks and displays on the shop floor?+

Can we start with the software alone?+
Absolutely. Many customers start with SESAHUB on their existing equipment, then gradually fit out meeting areas and lines with kiosks and displays as the project expands.
