The foundations of trust
Hosting & availability
Platform hosted in the European Union, with regular backups and a continuity plan. Availability commitments are set out in the project contract.
Access control
Fine-grained management of roles and scopes: everyone sees and edits what their function warrants. Single sign-on (SSO) is available through your corporate directory.
End-to-end traceability
Every action is logged: author, timestamp, value before and after. The audit log is tamper-proof and exportable — an asset for your own certifications.
GDPR and personal data
SESAHUB processes a limited volume of personal data — essentially professional user accounts (name, job title, e-mail). A data processing agreement (DPA) is provided as part of the contract, and retention periods and access rights are documented in line with the GDPR.
Current certifications and attestations (hosting provider, ISO 27001-type programmes) are shared on request during your tender process.

Where is the data hosted?+
The platform is hosted in the European Union with a professional hosting provider; precise locations and attestations are supplied in the tender documentation. (To be confirmed and detailed by the IT department before publication.)
Can SESAHUB be connected to our corporate directory?+
Yes. Single sign-on (SSO) through your directory (such as Microsoft Entra ID) can be set up, applying your own password and MFA policies.
Who can see what in SESAHUB?+
Access is managed by role and scope: an operator sees their department, a manager their area, senior management the whole picture. Every sensitive view and every change is logged.
