New module · V6
The right informationto the right person
The new TEAM module in SESAHUB V6 orchestrates the human factor in industrial management: attendance, skills, access rights, targeted notifications. An ANDON alert goes to the on-call operator for that zone — not to the whole team. A PLAN task goes to someone with the skill — not to the first person free. This is the layer that makes the SESAHUB ecosystem work in real life.

The human factor, at the heart of management
An operational directory
Every user carries their department, their role, their skills and their authorizations — not a frozen HR record, but a profile that grows with their training.
Attendance and absence
Leave, training, sick days: the attendance calendar automatically feeds PLAN assignments and ANDON alert targets.
Skills matrix
Who can do what, who can sign what, who needs refreshing. The matrix stays current and exports for your audits.
Rights by role and scope
An operator sees their department, a supervisor their workshop, management the whole picture. A cross-functional project lead sees their project scope. The end of "admin or not admin".
Notifications that think
An alert goes to the person who is qualified, on shift, on the channel they actually use — e-mail, mobile app, shop-floor display. No mass send that ends up ignored.
One-click onboarding
A new starter inherits a standard profile for their role — access, screens, recurring tasks. Ready in 10 minutes instead of three weeks.
Our approach
Target · Authorize · Alert
Real-time attendance and assignment
who is here, where, and for how long.
A living skills matrix
signatures, authorizations and training kept current.
Targeted notifications
every alert reaches the right person, on the right channel.

TEAM does not replace your HR system. It stops a shop-floor alert from disappearing into thin air.
"We already have an HR system to manage people. We don't need another module."
Except that your HR system does not know who is on shift this morning, nor who is qualified to sign off a check, nor who the ANDON alert from line 3 should go to. Today that information lives in the team leader's head.
What we see
- ANDON alerts sent to the whole team — because there is no way to target them.
- A CHECK signed by someone without the qualification — the audit finds the gap three months later.
- A PLAN task assigned to an operator on leave — discovered the next day.
- A new starter without access to the right screens for three weeks.
Why this works
Because SESA SYSTEMS has been deploying visual management for 35 years and knows where information gets lost: in the shift handover, in the untracked absence, in the authorization everyone assumed was still valid. TEAM makes that information usable — at the moment it matters.
Within the SESAHUB ecosystem
A module that talks to the others
ANDON
ANDON alerts target the operator who is on shift and qualified — no more sending to the whole list.
CHECK
TEAM confirms that a CHECK is signed by someone authorized — no more audit gaps.
TASK
Action tasks take the owner's attendance and skills into account.
DATA
Ritual participation and skills coverage indicators feed into DATA.
BOARD
The BOARD shows who is on shift — visible on the shop-floor display at handover.
SESASSISTANT
The AI suggests who to alert, who to train and who to relieve — based on the TEAM matrix.
TEAM is where your people and your digital management meet. Without it the other modules still work — but they address "everyone", which usually means no one.
Frequently asked questions
Does TEAM replace our HR system?+
No: it is its operational extension. The HR system remains the master of contractual data (contract, payroll, statutory training). TEAM holds what industrial management needs (attendance, operational skills, SESAHUB rights). A regular import from the HR system is possible.
How does TEAM handle temporary staff and contractors?+
Anyone present on the shop floor can have a TEAM profile with an expiry date — temporary worker, maintenance contractor, external auditor. Rights and screen access switch themselves off when it lapses.
Does the skills matrix satisfy quality audits?+
Yes: every skill carries its level, the date it was obtained, its validity and the trainer. Exporting for an ISO audit or an OEM customer takes one click.
What about personal data? (GDPR)+
TEAM data is limited to what industrial management strictly requires — name, role, operational skills, attendance. No sensitive data is stored. A data processing agreement is provided as part of the contract.
