How long does the support last?+
The core package covers scoping, the rollout of the pilot scope and facilitator training — typically 6 to 8 weeks. After that, support follows your own pace of extension and can include periodic usage reviews.
Who trains our teams?+
SESA SYSTEMS consultants, who come from manufacturing and Lean: they talk rituals, SQCDP and continuous improvement before they talk software. Training runs on your real cases, not generic examples.
